APPOINTMENTS

The Vine Luxury Spa is available to guests 10 and older. (Some restrictions apply)

We recommend reserving your treatments in advance secured with your Credit Card if you would like your service charged to your credit card the day of your treatment, please call the spa to confirm or let reception know. (We accept Visa & MasterCard)

To receive your full treatment time, plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for consultation with your therapist, and time to change for your treatment(s).

For late arrivals we will hold your appointment time for up to 15 minutes past your scheduled arrival, your service will end as scheduled time in consideration of our next guest.

All spa appointments will be confirmed either by phone or email, 24 hours in advance. Please indicate your contact preference when booking.

To ensure a safe and relaxing treatment experience, we require that you complete a Client Consultation Form upon check-in. If you have any certain medical conditions such as asthma, allergies, high blood pressure or are pregnant, certain treatment services may have to be modified or may not be appropriate.

Private lockers are available to store your belongings in both Men and Female change rooms. However, please note that the spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. For your security, we suggest that you leave all valuables at home.

The spa provides robes, sandals, towels, and toiletries for your comfort and convenience.

Spa Parties

Looking for the perfect venue to host a bachelorette, work event, or just because spa party? The Vine Luxury Spa hosts the perfect spa party with plenty of treatment areas, manicure and pedicure area for socializing. Book your Spa Party with 4 or more people and have our Spa Director customize the perfect event for your group.

GRATUITY

Tips are not included and are left completely to your discretion, unless booking spa packages there will be an automatic 15% gratuity add on to each service.

We always advocate that you give feedback to your service provider. We want you to be comfortable so please advise us if you want the pressure or technique of your service to be adjusted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel your appointment, a 24 hour notice is required and appreciated to cancel all service appointments. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged  50%. If you cancel less then 8 hours you will be charged in full. Booking an appointment at the Vine Luxury Spa indicates that you acknowledge these terms and agree with our cancellation policy.

SPA ETIQUETTE:

To ensure a relaxing experience for all our guests, please refrain from using your cell phone.
In consideration of other guests, we ask voice levels be kept low. The Vine Luxury Spa is a quiet and still environment to help you relax and rejuvenate.
Please inform any of our Vine staff members if you have any concerns.
